InnerScape explores different techniques centered around the "8 Limbs of Yoga." Throughout the process, we’ll experiment with methods to help calm our mind and gain insight into our lives.

Meditation (dhyana)
Bliss (samadhi)
We start off with more active warm-ups and then slowly move towards stillness experimenting with the breath along the way. Several times throughout the class, we'll stop for "check-ins" to tune into ourselves and discover how what we do on the outside is affecting our inner landscape and feeling of well-being.
Most participants are surprised at how good they feel inside and out after just one workshop.
