I’m excited to share the transformational power of yoga and meditation. One of the things I love most about yoga is that anyone can begin right where they are today—and with consistent practice, notice meaningful changes in their body, heart, and mind. My teaching style is fun, gentle, and supportive, while encouraging students to explore their edge and expand what they believe is possible.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 30 years and became a certified RYT500 teacher in 2018, beginning with teacher training in Panama and continuing with advanced trainings in Bali, Mexico, and Hawaii, where I studied a variety of approaches including meditation and Tantra. Early on, I realized that yoga is much more than movement—it is a way of living, an attitude, and a path toward joy. Meditation has been life-changing for me, helping me move beyond reliance on anxiety medication and therapy toward a deeper sense of presence, happiness, and vitality.
At home, I converted a large room into a private studio, where I began teaching and sharing what I was learning. Over the years, yoga and meditation have supported my physical health and flexibility while opening up a fuller, more adventurous life.
Through these practices, we learn to listen deeply—to our bodies, our breath, and our hearts. When we connect inward, we discover what we truly desire and create space for the people and opportunities that help us thrive.
