Yoga is much more than just the physical poses (asanas). It is a holistic lifestyle designed to help us cultivate greater happiness, balance, and meaning in our lives. The physical poses ground us and prepare us for the deeper internal work of yoga.

The breath connects our body and mind. By focusing on it, we begin to tune into ourselves and naturally quiet our overactive thinking.


Building on the physical poses, we extend our practice by exploring various pranayama (breathwork) techniques, helping us slow, deepen, and expand the breath for greater presence and balance.

Using physical poses and breathwork to prepare the mind, we can begin to quiet the voice in our head through meditation. This inner voice—often called the “ego”—can contribute to suffering, including depression, anxiety, and obsessive tendencies.

Come explore your inner landscape using much of the "8 limbs of yoga" at one of our special InnerScape workshops. Offered periodically through our studio,  partnering with another local studio, or by request.

  • I want to make yoga and meditation accessible and fun for everyone regardless of your ability or income. I work on a sliding scale so you pay only what you are comfortable with. 
  • Private or semi-private classes allow me to me spend more time with each student.
  • I am a mobile teacher. Classes can take place in my home studio or venue of your choice.
  • Think outside the box! How about something unique with a yoga/meditation/light therapy intro class for a girls' night out, bachelorette party, baby shower, or birthday?
