The physical poses ground us and help us prepare for our internal work. There are several types of yoga styles we can explore including: hatha (active poses), yin (passive holding), vinyasa (movement connected to breath), and Hridaya (meditative active poses).

Using physical poses and breathwork to help prepare our mind, we can continue to slow down the voice in our head through meditation. The voice in our head (or our "ego") causes all kinds of suffering including depression, anxiety, and OCD tendencies.

Experience a mind-opening session using our special ganzframe glasses.  Utilizing light and sound pulses at specified frequencies, these glasses entrain your mind from normal waking consciousness to a variety of desirable states of consciousness.

The breath connects our body and mind. By focusing on the breath, we start ti tune into ourselves and naturally slow down our excessive thinking.


Expanding from the physical poses, we extend our practice to slow down and extend our breath through different pranayama (or breathwork) techniques.

Come explore your inner landscape using much of the "8 limbs of yoga" at one of our special InnerScape workshops. Offered periodically through our studio,  partnering with another local studio, or by request.

  • I want to make yoga and meditation accessible and fun for everyone regardless of your ability or income. I work on a sliding scale so you pay only what you are comfortable with. 
  • Private or semi-private classes allow me to me spend more time with each student.
  • I am a mobile teacher. Classes can take place in my home studio or venue of your choice.
